Our client held a long-term strategy NSCLC workshop for all key strategic markets and cross-functional global team members. TIGCRU developed pre-reading materials and stimuli to help participants visualise how the NSCLC market could look in 10 years' time. Through in-depth analyses of both primary and secondary research—from syndicated reports and internal one-to-one interviews utilising creative projective techniques to crowd-sourcing techniques—we identified and crystallised several insights and hypotheses. We used these to generate a number of different future scenarios on which to base the workshop, where we brought each scenario to life in a creative and engaging style to help all participants envision.
