Our client was responsible developing strategy for their pre-clinical portfolio of drugs in COPD. They had lots of insight, market research and data but had not yet defined these as target opportunity areas, or linked them to their ‘Target Product Profiles’ or Disease Area Strategy.
We designed and facilitated pre-work and 2 x one day cross-functional workshops to derive opportunity areas and then evaluate these against existing disease Target Product Profiles, Disease Area strategy, and Licensing Strategy.
The outcome of the workshop was a set of Target Insight Opportunity Areas, insight-enriched Disease Area Target Product Profiles, and a pre-clinical ‘Assets versus Insight Opportunity’ assessment. These were taken directly for governance review and approval.
Strategy Team Director gave us ‘5 out of 5’ for workshop delivery and output utility.
